MCK Flooring Ltd was set up by Chris McCormick in 2019 and has now has over 20 employees, all with a high level of expertise in the flooring industry. As the success of the company grew another branch was set up in Chester in 2022. The company combine high standards and reliable service with a genuine care to deliver flooring projects properly with no short cuts.

Every customer journey starts with a conversation. Some customers visit one of our branches, while others prefer us to come to them.

We offer both options.

If a customer comes into one of our showrooms, we take the time to understand what they need, talk through the space, discuss the look they want to achieve and guide them towards the right flooring for their home, lifestyle and budget.

For customers who would rather stay at home, we also offer a home estimate service where we visit them with samples. This allows them to view flooring options in their own space, with their own lighting and alongside their existing décor. It is a convenient and popular option for customers who want expert advice without needing to visit the showroom.

Once a customer has an idea of the flooring they want, we arrange a free measure and site assessment. Whether the journey started in store or through our home estimate service, this stage is important because it allows us to check sizes properly, assess the subfloor, identify any preparation needed and make sure everything is considered before quoting. This means the customer receives advice based on the actual job rather than guesswork.

After the measure, we provide a clear quotation and explain what is included.
